Stable stores. Fewer plugins. Clear workflows.

I review your WooCommerce store for stability, plugins, performance and hosting and tell you honestly what is really needed. All via form and report – no mandatory phone call.

Practical, not abstractLean, not a plugin pileHonest assessment

The foundation

Stability first. Then automation.

More features rarely fix an unstable system. That's why everything starts with what's already there.

Review the plugins

Spot and reduce duplicate features, outdated helpers and risky dependencies.

Document the flows

Whatever is changed or automated is written down clearly.

Test before launch

Changes run in a staging environment before they touch your live store.

One point of contact

One person who stays available afterwards.

Offer

The store check

Store check (pilot phase)

I'm currently offering [3–5] pilot slots, in exchange for honest feedback and, if you like, a short quote.

What gets checked

  • Plugins and overlaps
  • Performance and load time
  • PHP version and hosting
  • Checkout and subscription flows
  • Security basics

What you get

  • Written report (PDF) with priorities
  • Short explainer video
  • Concrete recommendations

A fixed price you know upfront. No hidden costs.

Request a store check

Implementation (e.g. plugin reduction, PHP update, host migration) is optional and quoted separately, upfront, at a fixed price.

Process

From request to a clear plan

  1. 01

    Fill in the form

Store URL and bottleneck – that's all to begin with.

  2. 02

    Reply by email

With next steps. Access only after agreement, via a secure channel.

  3. 03

    Report + short video

Written report (PDF) with priorities and a short explainer video.

  4. 04

    Optional: implementation

At a fixed price, agreed upfront.

A phone call is optional, not required.

Case studies

Three typical WooCommerce cases

Anonymised examples from practice — no promises of results, but a clear, traceable process.

Support automation

Less inbox, faster replies

Recurring questions about delivery and orders took hours every day. Requests are now pre-sorted, enriched with order data and presented with a draft reply; special cases go straight to the team.

→The team answers routine questions faster and has time for the hard cases.

Plugin reduction

From an overloaded store to a controlled setup

Checkout errors returned after every update. Duplicate features were merged, outdated helpers removed, critical paths documented.

→Checkout runs predictably; updates are planned, not risky.

Subscription retention

Clean handling of payment problems

Payment issues were spotted too late. An automated flow sends reminders, offers alternatives and hands sensitive cases to support.

→The team only steps in for exceptions.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a call?

No, everything runs via form and report. A conversation is optional.

Do you need login details?

Not for the request. Only after agreement and via a secure channel. Never by plain email.

What does it cost?

A fixed price you know before you commit. A pilot phase is currently running.

Does a plugin or the check fix the PHP vulnerability?

No. The vulnerability is in the server's PHP. Only your host or a PHP update can fix it. The check shows where you stand.

Do you also do hosting migrations?

Yes, as optional implementation. I only recommend hosts I have tested myself. Recommendations may contain affiliate links, which are labelled accordingly.
